If you are thinking about letting your property, we can offer a free, no-obligation rental valuation on your property as well as detailed advice on the letting procedure.

We manage a wide range of rental properties and are able to offer landlords a full management, or a part-management finder's fee only service. We will provide you with a comprehensive landlord pack to guide you through the procedure.

We update our rental lists daily, which is available in handout form in our Bridgend office showroom and available for prospective tenants to take away and leaf through at their leisure. With your permission, we will also erect a To Let board.

In addition, we will advertise your property on our own website www.garethledwards.com, as well as on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk, and www.primelocation.com.

£75.00 - towards tenancy agreement (inclusive of VAT)
