If you are considering renting a property, our rental department can offer you free and detailed advice on the letting procedure, market appraisal and offer a choice of fully managed or part managed service (tenant find only).

We manage a wide range of rental properties in bridgend and the surrounding area and provide a comprehensive tenancy pack to guide you through the entire letting procedure.

We also update our rental list daily, both on our website www.garethledwards.com and in our rentals brochure, which is available in our Bridgend showroom.

In addition to our website, we advertise all our rental properties on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk and www.onthemarket.com
