We will also erect a For Sale board with your permission and publish your property in our full colour advert in the Bridgend and District Property News.

In addition, we will advertise your property on our own website www.garethledwards.com, as well as on www.rightmove.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk, www.primelocation.com and www.bridgendpropertynews.co.uk.

We also advertise in the property section of www.dailymail.co.uk,, www.themailonsunday.co.uk, www.upmystreet.com and www.homes24.co.uk.

We have an extensive of list of potential buyers and unlike many agents we proactively contact our buyers on a regular basis. And it is our company policy to escort all potential purchasers on viewings and deliver feedback on all the viewings that have taken place.

In the event of a sale being agreed, we adopt a hands-on-approach, remaining constantly in communication with the vendors, purchasers, solicitors and financial parties involved in the sale of the property. It is our firm conviction to keep you constantly up-to-date with the progress of your sale, so that you are never out of the loop and to your mind at rest.
